Kelman Consulting, a Limited Liability Corporation is a food consulting firm specializing in the ice cream and frozen novelty industry. President and owner Tom Kelman has 28 years of experience in food manufacturing of which more than 20 have been focused on the dairy industry. He has worked with domestic and international companies in company owned and contract manufacturing facilities.
